1morep ("we", "us") is a general fitness & wellness app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data. We are the data fiduciary for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account data: your email or phone number, used to sign you in.
• Fitness & body data: workouts, body measurements, and diet logs you choose to enter, used to power your plans and progress.
• Usage data: basic, aggregated app analytics to improve the product.

How we use it

To provide coaching, generate plans, track your progress, and operate your account. We do not sell your personal data. Fitness guidance is general wellness information, not medical advice.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, see Delete account or email privacy@1morep.in.

Children

1morep is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verifiable parental consent.
