Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your 1morep account and all associated data at any time. We offer two ways to do it.

From the app (fastest)

• Open 1morep and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for deletion immediately.

By email

Email privacy@1morep.in from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify and process the request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, login, and contact details.
• Your workouts, diet logs, body measurements, streaks, and plans.
• Any food scans and AI coaching history tied to your account.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records required by law (e.g., payment/tax records) and anonymized, non-identifiable analytics. These cannot be used to identify you.

Once deletion completes the action is irreversible. Questions? Email privacy@1morep.in.
